We accept 100% T/T (wire transfer) in advance. For items with a lead time, we require a 30% deposit upfront, and the remaining 70% balance must be paid before shipment. If you have a local agent in China, please contact us for RMB transfer options.
Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You will also receive updates via email or SMS as your shipment progresses.

Returns & Refunds
You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
Only in-stock items qualify for the 30-day money-back guarantee.
To be eligible, returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all documentation and accessories.
Customers are responsible for outbound and return shipping costs, as well as any handling fees associated with returning the items to IndustriaX Limited.
