Some problem may occur when you install the cable:

Problem: When the temperature of the thrust pad working surface is much higher than the non-working surface for a long time, the shaft phase displacement is displayed as a negative value.

Possible cause: The axis phase displacement direction is set incorrectly.

Solution: Check the installation direction of the probe and the position of the working surface, and recheck the configuration data.

Problem: The vibration of the probe is unstable and jumps will occur. When the unit is operating normally, the vibration curve is not smooth.

Possible cause: The probe is not installed firmly and the cable shield is not good, so it is interfered with by the outside world.

Solution: check the shielding condition, check the probe installation condition.

Problem: No display when TSI switch quantity and analog quantity are output to other systems.

Possible cause: The signal type is designed incorrectly.

Solution: Check whether the type of TSI signal output can correspond to its supporting system.

Problem: The relay has no alarm output.

Possible cause: The configuration of the relay module is incorrect or not activated.

Solution: Check the configuration.
