The PM810V1 is a compact 16-channel 50 V Module Termination Unit (MTU) designed for use with the S800 I/O system. It serves as a passive interface for connecting field wiring to I/O modules and includes a portion of the ModuleBus.
Key Functions

Distributes ModuleBus signals to the connected I/O module and the next MTU in the chain.

Generates the correct I/O module address by shifting outgoing position signals.

Mechanical keying ensures the correct type of I/O module is inserted.

Passive unit—does not affect the electrical function of the I/O module.
