The ABB SPA-2C400EM (also referred to as SPA-ZC 400) is a high-performance communication interface module designed to enable connectivity between RE_500 series devices and modern Ethernet-based communication protocols such as IEC 61850, SPA TCP/IP, and Modbus TCP/IP.
It supports simultaneous dual-port communication for SPA or LON® protocols, using either plastic or glass fiber connections, making it a versatile solution for both legacy and modern substation automation systems.
