The installation of the GE terminal board relay card 531X111PSHAPG3 requires the use of hand tools and test equipment, and it also has a pulse transformer for the motor field circuit. These tools and test equipment must meet some minimum standards to ensure the safety of installers or maintenance personnel.
To install the board, you must have the test equipment to test whether there is current in the drive. After disconnecting all power to the drive, use this test equipment to ensure that all power is disconnected. During this process, use a screwdriver to remove and tighten the screws used to fix the 3TB components. Screwdrivers must be approved for electrical work. The material of some screwdrivers seems to be an insulating material, but not an insulating material. Likewise, insulating materials may wear out or be lost. Do not use tools that lack abrasion or broken insulation, and only approved tools can ensure that the insulation is shockproof. Capacitors are components on circuit boards that can store power and release current during normal operation. Before touching the circuit board, you must wait a few seconds for the circuit board to drain. Ensure that the test equipment is operating properly and is calibrated to detect the current in the drive. Check the probes connected to the tester and make sure they are firmly connected.
