GE Fanuc IC200CHS003K I/O Carrier Connector Style

IC200CH003 is a connector-style carrier I/O manufactured by GE Fanuc automation. The IC200CH003 I/O carrier weighs 0.113 kilograms and comes with a 36-pin connector used for attaching an Input / Output cable. The carrier gives a provision for backplane communications, mounting as well as field wiring for one Input / Output module. You can locate a module latch hole for fastening the module onto the carrier. The carrier also provides fast attachment for wiring up to 32 input/output points and 4 common power connections.

During rail mounting, the IC200CH003 I/O carrier easily snaps onto DIN rail with the following dimensions: 7.5 mm x 35 mm. To provide EMC protection, the DIN must be electrically grounded. They must also have a conductive and corrosion-resistant finish. Field wiring connections are done directly onto the connector style itself with the help of contacts which are crimped to the wire ends. I/O devices can be wired directly to Interposing I/O Terminals. For the installation of a pre-wired connecting cable, the cable connector is placed over the connector located on the carrier and later pressed downward until the latch engages with the connector.
