GE Fanuc IC200CHS002H 36 Pole I/O Carrier Box

IC200CHS002 is a cassette I/O carrier produced by Ge Fanuc for the VersaMax series. The bracket consists of 36 IEC box-type terminals. IC200CHS002 provides backplane communication, installation and field wiring for an input and output module.

During the installation process, IC200CHS002 can be easily snapped into a 7.5 mm x 35 mm DIN rail. It is important to electrically ground the DIN rail to provide EMC protection. The guide rail must have a conductive, corrosion-resistant coating, preferably unpainted. For those applications that require maximum resistance to mechanical vibration and shock, IC200CHS002 must be installed on the panel. During field wiring, each terminal should accommodate one 14 to 22 AWG solid/strand AWG or two AWG 18 wires.

IC200CHS002 has many functions, including wiring that supports up to 32 input and output points and 4 shared power connections. The bracket is equipped with a set of easy-to-set key controls to ensure that the correct module type is installed correctly. The key set matches the key at the bottom of the module, and the bracket-to-bracket male/female connector facilitates quick installation and connection on the backplane without the need for additional cables or tools. The module latch hole is used to fix the module to the bracket, and the transparent protective hinge door covers the terminal block. The auxiliary input and output terminal block allows the use of additional bus connection points.
