GE IC200MDL740 PLC Output Control Module

IC200MDL740 is an output module of the VersaMax series produced by General Electric Intelligent Platform Control System Solutions. The module has a group of 16 output points in total, and each output point supports discrete digital signals. The output point of the device can be positive logic or source type.

Each output point performs load switching and supplies power to the load. This product is compatible with IC200CHS series plug-in relay base. The current of each output point is 0.5 ampere, the response time of "on" state is 0.2 millisecond, and the response time of "off" state is 1.0 millisecond. It does not support isolation between channels, nor does it support any protection mechanisms, such as internal fuses. The output voltage drop reaches its peak value at 0.3V, and when working at 30V DC, the output leakage is as high as 0.5mA. LED lights indicate the status of the equipment. These LED lights require on-site power to work, but are not affected by output load conditions. The IC200MDL740 also supports thermal derating when working at 24 or 30 volts DC.

The device requires auxiliary power to support output load switching. The amount of current consumed by the five-volt output power supply cannot exceed 45 mA. The operating voltage of the module is 10.2 to 30 volts of direct current (DC). Although the nominal voltage of this device is 24 V DC, it can also work under 12 V DC; however, to operate under 12 V DC, you need to upgrade to IC200MDL740B or higher.
