Redundant design of Hima safety system
The H41q/H51q system has a CPU quadruple structure (Qmr-quadruple modular redundant), that is, the central control unit of the system has a total of four microprocessors, and every two microprocessors are integrated on a CU module. The CU module constitutes the central control unit.
Hima Security System-Programmable Electronic System (PES) HIQuad system mainly includes two series, H41q and H51q, which are based on the same hardware and software and are the third generation of HIMA PES systems that have been verified by production practices. It can use a personal computer for flexible user configuration, monitoring, and event recording, and its outstanding performance provides the safest control guarantee for production control.
The H41q/H51q system of the Hima Safety System has a CPU quadruple structure (Qmr-quadruple modular redundant), that is, the central control unit of the system has four microprocessors, and every two microprocessors are integrated on a CU module. Two identical CU modules form the central control unit. A CU module constitutes a 1oo2d structure, and HIMA's 1oo2d structure products can meet the safety standards of AK6/Sil3. In order to provide users with the greatest availability, a dual 1oo2d structure, that is, a 2oo4d structure is adopted. In the case of a redundant structure, the high-speed dual RAM interface (DPR) enables two central units to communicate, thus solving the problem of time limitation for trouble-free repair. Its fault-tolerant function causes any component in the system to fail without affecting the normal operation of the system.
