The module contains two 24 VDC sinking inputs operating within a voltage range of 10 to 31.2 VDC, featuring configurable input filtering times from 512 µs to 64 ms. On the output side, the 1793-IB2XOB2P provides two 24 VDC sourcing channels rated at up to 0.5 A per channel. Outputs incorporate built-in electronic fusing to safeguard connected actuators and module electronics against overcurrent conditions.
Cabinet Mounting and System Integration
Mountable directly on a standard 35 mm DIN rail, the module connects to an adjacent FLEX I/O network adapter or another FLEX Integra unit via an integrated side bus connector. When combining platforms, FLEX Integra modules must be installed to the right side of standard FLEX I/O modules. Built-in power daisy-chaining terminals simplify 24 VDC distribution across adjacent module units, while front-panel LED indicators display real-time operational and channel status.
